In her latest role, Pettit will guide Rush Street Gaming’s initiatives to foster a flourishing workplace environment and deploy high-caliber talent cultivation tactics throughout the organization. “I have consistently respected Rush Street Gaming and its remarkable expansion within the casino sphere,” shared Pettit. “I am enthusiastic to partner with the skilled individuals at Rush Street, particularly the Human Capital Management team, to further elevate our people-centric culture. Collectively, we will guarantee that Rivers Casino persists as a premier employer in each market we serve.”
Following his new position with Rush Street Gaming in Chicago, Pettit plans to retain his roles on the boards of numerous groups. Among these are the Northwest Indiana Food Bank, Indiana University Northwest, the Purdue University Northwest Chancellor’s Executive Council, the Lake Central High School Booster Club, and Girls on the Run, an organization that encourages empowerment for young women through the sport of running.
