## 888 Holdings Unveils Board Restructuring
888 Holdings, a prominent gaming and wagering enterprise, is restructuring its board of directors with a series of immediate adjustments.
The corporation revealed that Andria Vidler and Yariv Dafna will be relinquishing their roles on September 30th, 2023, and October 2nd, 2023, correspondingly. This follows prior disclosures made on July 19th and September 13th, 2023. Dafna’s exit clears the path for Sean Wilkins to assume the position of Chief Financial Officer commencing February 2024. Vidler is transitioning to head Allwyn UK as their CEO.
In further developments, Lord Jon Mendelsohn will be resuming his role as Non-Executive Chairman on October 16th and will also be joining the Nomination Committee.
The corporation also disclosed the makeup of its primary committees:
* **Audit Committee:** Mark Summerfield (Chair), Limor Ganot, and Andrea Gisle Joosen will supervise the company’s financial statements.
* **Compensation Committee:** Andrea Gisle Joosen (Chair), Anne de Kerckhove, and Limor Ganot will be entrusted with establishing executive remuneration.
* **ESG Committee:** Anne de Kerckhove (Chair), Mark Summerfield, and Ori Shaked will steer the company’s environmental, social, and governance endeavors.
* **Nomination Committee:** Anne de Kerckhove (Chair), Ori Shaked, and Limor Ganot will be charged with pinpointing and proposing new board members.
At last, the group overseeing gaming regulations will consist of: Michael Alonso, an attorney practicing in Nevada, serving as the Head, Mark Summerfield acting as the autonomous non-executive member, and Ori Shaked taking on the role of a non-executive member. It’s noteworthy that although Alonso will lead the group, he will not hold a position on Reevo’s governing body.
This announcement follows closely after Reevo’s recent collaboration disclosure with 888, which will involve incorporating Reevo’s internet-based casino and poker offerings into the 888 system.
