ARC Acquires Vermantia to Enhance Content Distribution Capabilities

The United Kingdom-based horse racing corporation, Arena Racing Company (ARC), has triumphantly purchased Vermantia, a firm renowned for its expertise in disseminating content across diverse channels.
ARC views this procurement as a pivotal element of their blueprint to oversee the complete cycle of generating, transmitting, and disseminating their content. They intend to seamlessly incorporate Vermantia’s offerings into their current operations. Vermantia, concurrently, will persist in refining its products and introducing novel functionalities.
Subsequent to the acquisition, Vermantia will shift to a fresh leadership contingent. Filippos Antonopoulos, Vermantia’s originator, will assume a strategic counsel role within ARC. Concurrently, Mark Kingston, presently the Director of Media Technology and Production at ARC, will join Vermantia’s governing body.

The head of Vermantias, George Fotopoulos, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration with ARC, emphasizing how it confirms the robustness of Vermantias’ offerings and their commitment to providing state-of-the-art technology to the gaming industry.
He further noted a remarkable compatibility between the two organizations’ products and foresees a future where they establish a dominant force, introducing groundbreaking initiatives and spearheading novel methods in media entitlements and dissemination.
